Job Description
  1. Handle Clients queries and their requirements of residential & Commercial property
  2. Sell / Rent Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
  3. Show client different available option of properties
  4. Send proposals
  5. Build Relationship with HNI & Corporate clients.
  6. Go for meetings and inspections with clients and landlords.
  7. Database management related to Clients and Properties.
  8. Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
  9. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self.
  10. It is compulsory and essential for the applicant to have a driving license and vehicle. Applicants without driving license and vehicle will be immediately rejected

  12. The property consultant will be provided with full training on the company system and database with close supervision and guidance from the senior management.
