Job Description- Handle Clients queries and their requirements of residential & Commercial property
- Sell / Rent Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
- Show client different available option of properties
- Send proposals
- Build Relationship with HNI & Corporate clients.
- Go for meetings and inspections with clients and landlords.
- Database management related to Clients and Properties.
- Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their status.
- Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self.
- It is compulsory and essential for the applicant to have a driving license and vehicle. Applicants without driving license and vehicle will be immediately rejected

- The property consultant will be provided with full training on the company system and database with close supervision and guidance from the senior management.
Manager Sales
Job Description- Sell real estate residential & commercial properties to the clients.
- Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships.
- Team Management. – Timely and detailed monitoring and review reporting – Daily / Weekly / Monthly as defined for the Role with Team Managers.
